yes i agree that meditation does makes you feel better. You enter a state where you feel that you do not remember anything, who you are and what are you doing. It seems as if we are into a different world where we do not know ourselves.
ReplyDeleteVery good and unique feeling arises when we meditate. Its really helpful to students.

ReplyDeleteI was talking about mediation not meditation, but it is difficult to argue against either!
