yes i agree that meditation does makes you feel better. You enter a state where you feel that you do not remember anything, who you are and what are you doing. It seems as if we are into a different world where we do not know ourselves.
Very good and unique feeling arises when we meditate. Its really helpful to students.

I was talking about mediation not meditation, but it is difficult to argue against either!
