Weekly Question!

As we run our: an Introduction To Special Education Law, what do you think are the easiest ways for a school district or its staff to get into special ed legal trouble?

Good Morning...

1). Timelines for meeting required target dates in commencing and completing initial-and-re-evaluations, progress reports, etc.

2). Development of an appropriate IEP configured to address and meet the unique needs of special needs students to received educational benefit.
