New Weekly Question!

The Kentucky handcuffing incident has reignited the debate about abuse of seclusion and restraints. What do you think should Congress pass a law requiring training and notification?

Yes I think Congress should pass a law for training from police EMTs fireman nurses even doctors New York has a training sessions Police and other community service people have specific people within their own departments that address people with special needs it tends to work there is a reduced abuse here
