A fresh look at special education law-mostly in understandable English.
As a tutor/Advocate for Special Needs Students, I think that those who Bully Special Needs Students need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law as allowed. In fact, if a Bully is found out, he or she needs to be made an example of- arrested on the spot, handcuffed and walked out of the school or location where the incident occurred so that all can see who this person is who needs to pick on others.
ReplyDeleteFrom my experience in Education, which spans over 28 years, I have found that the Bully is nothing but a coward who lacks self-esteem and self worth and needs to bully in order to feel superior to others.
Anon,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment. A lot of folks feel strongly that bullying should be a crime.
