Weekly Question!

Now that the Endrew F decision by the Supreme Court has been around for a while, has it made any difference in the education of children with disabilities? #FAPE

Endrew...what the heck is Endrew? (dripping with sarcasm) I'm still fighting to get students into gen ed classes with neurotypical peers with specially designed instruction. De minimus is definitely still the rule in my area. If you ask parents (and I have, today as a matter of fact) if they've heard about it -- crickets. I work for a state PTI and our state is not talking to us at all. How long, I wonder, will it take to see a difference here?
