I understand the US Supreme Court Decision on Endrew F. has NOT been at all useful in more effectively advocating for students in MI, MS, and TX (to name just a few). It is the belief of well-renowned attorneys such as Pete Wright that the case will need to be litigated in federal court in order to make a difference. And now hearing what I am from others in the trenches, I fear he may be right ... #hotbutton
