Weekly Question!

The Endrew F decision has been around for a while now, is it making a difference for children with disabilities? #FAPE

I don’t think so the decision hasn’t change things for any child I have tried for three years to get a 504 for child that had been severely neglected not on the schools behalf but by the parents and the school just wasn’t budging it took myself, and the teacher and a physician to get the school to give this kid a 504
