We are running a Series on Procedural Safeguards. Which of the procedural safeguards under IDEA are most effective in protecting the educational rights of children with disabilities? #SpEdProcedures
The procedural safeguards under IDEA are most effective in protecting the educational right of children with disabilities are: that we have to inform parents at all times when there is going to be a meeting, make a change in the IEP about there child or service, making the team aware of what progress they want their child to make. I think it is extremely important that parents give their advice and feedback about their child. It is also important that the school district and parents get together to talk about their concerns for the student and resolve the conflict to help make the child successful in their education process and in life.
