The candidates need to be asked what they intend to do about the Feds lack of commitment to fully funding disability legislation (IDEA from PL 94-142 at 40 % as required by statute. At present the funding oevel is only 19%.
This is an area of valid concern. Also, where is the funding to prevent the Zika infection? An epidemic could have calamitous consequences for the incidence of serious disabilities.
