We previously mentioned a technical problem. Apparently some readers, especially those who open their subscription emails with MS Outlook, have been experiencing long delays or redirection to another website because of the photos and other images that I place on the blog through the use of the tool "Zemanta." You can read the previous post here.
Because these are some of our many cherished readers and we don't like losing them, I contacted Zemanta and asked for assistance with the problem. Zemanta has not responded.
Accordingly i am announcing a moratorium on the use of Zemanta images for this blog. Unless Zemanta fixes the problem, we will have way fewer pictures, This may make for a less attractive design, but the happiness of our readers is paramount.
If any of our readers is aware of a fix for this problem, please let me know. In the meantime, the moratorium remains in effect. Thanks for your patience and your support.
