My daughter was severely bullied by administrators, teachers, law enforcers and others trying to cover up cheating on the Florida Comprehensive Tests in which an majority African-American School "Lauderhill Middle School" in Broward County administrators were reclassifying ESOL and ESE students for the purpose of obtaining more federal funds ie Jeannie Floyd, Dr. Desmond Blackburn with the knowledge of ex-superintendent James Notter. <br /><br />It was reported. My daughter became a target to where a county judge became personally involved and his brother harassed my daughter sexually. Everything is documented. I reported it to Arne Duncan. So far the Department of Education and the OCR is trying to cover it up. Especially in some of the cases you’ve highlighted, where an obvious abuse has occurred.
