I am a special ed lawyer in New York about to file an expedited hearing in a matter where a child's placement was changed as a result of a Superintendent's Hearing Decision. I have already appealed the decision. The child is home with no services or instruction because the district has not decided on a placement yet. Any advice would be much appreciated.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1691205078500083881.post-66155096420701466362009-05-16T07:57:00.000-04:002009-05-16T07:57:00.000-04:00Hi.. Can I ask how long it took for them to respond?

I need to update the timeline post in my IDEA discipline tool (http://ideadiscipline.blogspot.com) to cite "letter to Gerl." I should have put the resolution session timeline in that same section of the tool the first time, but better late than never. Thanks Jim.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
