I am not totally sure how to interpret the decision yet. Clearly it is a win for parents. But, I think this is a different kind of win than in years past. This is a win only for the parents. It seems to be less of a win for the children. Is it possible for a pendulum to swing in 3 directions? It now seems that it has to because the Supreme Court has identified 3 distinct parties under the law, kids, schools, and now, parents.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
